Evidence Based Decisions for Chronic Kidney Disease

چکیده
A variety of treatments may be helpful for patients with chronic kidney disease. However the only one shown to improve survival in cats with CKD is therapeutic food. In dogs there are only 2 treatments – therapeutic food and calcitriol. Nutritional management has been documented to improve the quality and quantity of life for cats and dogs with chronic kidney disease. But how do you decide which foods to recommend?
